CPA Day of Service - The Stone team was proud to participate in the MassCPAs’ CPA Day of Service. Our team volunteered to work with the staff at Community Servings taking on a variety of roles within the production process. Community Servings provides home-delivered meals and nutrition services to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses. All had a great time, while helping to support those in our community who need our help.
Stone & Company was honored to represent MassCPAs at the AICPA fall council meeting. Barry Melancon’s (shown center) farewell meeting caps 30 years of service as president and CEO of the AICPA. We are also proud of Massachusetts’ own Carla McCall (AAF, 4th from right) ), who is currently serving as board chair of the AICPA. A few stayed back after the presentation to continue the conversation!! Really great to see students who are engaged, and who understand the importance of learning and exploring the various career options that might be available to them. The future is indeed bright!
